Job Beschreibung: JOB DESCRIPTION: Join a dynamic team as an Agile Coach and provide your expertise in supporting the transformation of our clients throughout Germany. The role involves facilitating individual and team coaching sessions, promoting agile principles, and implementing Scrum working methods to enhance project efficiency.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct individual and team coaching sessions to foster learning and development.
Advocate the benefits of agile values and methodologies to managers.
Facilitate the implementation of agile principles and Scrum methods for our clients.
Encourage the use of metrics and objective measures in teams.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to track progress towards goals.
Apply agile techniques for efficient error detection.

YOUR PROFILE:

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agile coach.
Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Proven track record of successfully implementing agile techniques in challenging environments.
Concrete experience in managing agile projects of various sizes and complexity.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and motivation abilities.
