WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The Leadership Talent Track Trainee Program will prepare you for your future role as a leader at Daimler Truck Financial Services.
The 18 months Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects:
- Onboarding within predefined home area
- Work within different national and international projects, related to your homearea
- Get to know our customers
- Build up an intercultural and social network
- Get access to various training and development offers, e.g. regarding our leadership culture
- Get support and guidance by your personal executive mentor
After 18 months of successful and intense training you will return to your home area. Your new skills, experiences and your global network will be supporting you on your journey towards a leadership position.
Your pre-defined home area will be the legal team of Daimler Truck´s Financial Services segment (DTFS). DTFS works integrated with Daimler Truck in order to provide sustainable and intelligent financial and services solutions and to make a significant contribution to Daimler Truck’s service growth.
As member of our DTFS legal team you will work in cross-functional and international teams closely together with our business colleagues on developing and implementing business models around financing, leasing, rental, insurance and connectivity services, e.g. financing of charging infrastructure. We look for your flexibility and curiosity to apply and grow your legal expertise also in new, upcoming and fast changing subjects like artificial intelligence, connectivity and electronic payments.
THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
- Two legal state examinations/Master of Law/degree in Business Law
- English proficiency
- Interest in growing into a leadership position in the future
- Willingness to travel abroad
- First experiences in banking & finance, insurance or IT-law
- Excellent communication skills & self-structuredness
- Strong understanding of digitization and high motivation to drive digital transformation
- A start-up mentality, that means you are enthusiastic, motivated and pragmatic
