We are looking for a design engineer (d/f/m) in the area of mechatronic actuators with focus on methods, data analysis and quality.

Your new responsibilities:

Moderation of technical risk analyses (i.e.: „Failure Mode and Effects Analysis“ (FMEA)) in multidisciplinary international teams and presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders
Data analysis & automatization via Big Data tools and Artificial Intelligence
Statistical Analysis of Key Quality parameters in the area of development, manufacturing and field
Perform structured problem solving especially in terms of Design-of-Experiments (DOE), Reliability and Measurement System Analysis
Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) Coaching
Coaching & project support in the area of continuous improvement (LEAN) as well as Support Agile Development Deployment
Coaching and Training Tools of virtual collaboration and digitalization

Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive / Mechatronics / Data Analysis) or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in data modeling, analysis and automatization
Professional experience in FMEA moderation, statistics, reliability analysis and/or structured problem solving would be of advantage
Technical knowledge in mechatronic actuators
Knowledge of MS Office and visualization tools
Fluent English skills, written and spoken, and good German skills
Communication and moderation abilities as well as readiness to work in a local and international team
