Job Description
- As part of your thesis, you will evaluate and extend the impact of machine learning-based generative modelling in the context of mapping for autonomous driving.
- The implementation of appropriate models, set-up of respective data pipelines and the contribution to an existing software framework will also be part of your thesis.
- Furthermore, you will document, visualise and present generated results.
Qualifications
- Education: Master studies in the field of STEM or comparable with very good grades
- Experience and Knowledge: extended knowledge of Python, PyTorch and machine learning as well as ideally specific knowledge of generative modelling
- Personality and Working Practice: strong analytical skills, independent, communicative, intrinsically motivated, and well organised
- Enthusiasm: inherent interest in scientific work
- Languages: fluent in English and German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
