In this role, you will lead our efforts in harnessing the power of Microsoft collaboration tools and AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. Your Responsibilities in Detail

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Microsoft collaboration strategy, including the implementation of Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, to enhance communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies into our Microsoft ecosystem to automate processes, provide data-driven insights, and improve decision-making. Explore and implement AI solutions like chatbots, predictive analytics, and natural language processing.
• Collaborate with our development team to create custom applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring they meet the specific needs of various departments while maintaining scalability and security.
• Drive user adoption by developing training programs and resources to educate employees on Microsoft collaboration tools and AI capabilities. Monitor adoption metrics and provide ongoing support to enhance user proficiency.

Ensure that Microsoft collaboration and AI initiatives adhere to security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices. Implement and maintain security policies and compliance measures.

Your Background

To join our team, you bring along:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies and AI is a plus.

Extensive experience working with Microsoft collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing these tools for organizational needs.

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and practical experience in implementing AI solutions within business processes. Familiarity with machine learning, data analysis, and AI development tools.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C# and experience in developing custom solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure, is advantageous.

Proven ability to drive organizational change and user adoption of new technologies. Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and resolve technical challenges.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Fluency in English. German language is a big plus.
