As Product & Project Manager Process Automation (f/m/d) you’ll join our Process Automation team and help change E.ON´s world of processes. With various methodologies like BPM, RPA or Citizen Automation (No & Low Code) our Automation Service Portfolio offers the chance to generate tailored business value by very simple automation solutions as well as by highly complex and integrated use cases using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML).
What we are looking for
As Automation Expert you support and steer E.ON digitization projects and programs to realize E.ONs strategy
You act as interface to our business, foster and promote process automation across E.ON
You consult and train on process Automation
You identify, analyze and prioritize opportunities for process optimization and automation
You take on a major role in scrum-based delivery of high-quality process automation solutions
You functionally steer cross functional teams/projects to develop Automation products
Our perfect match
Highly motivated team player with a positive, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset
Joy in working in cross-functional diverse teams and constantly evolving work environments
Customer oriented mindset, ability to build up relationships and manage stakeholders
Proven track record in Business Analysis, Process Management & Automation (Analyzing, Modeling, Optimizing, Solution Delivery)
Knowledge in Automation technologies (RPA. BPA, MS Power Automate, etc.), knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) advantageous
Several years of experience in leading programs and projects
Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbally)
