These challenges await you:
Representation of the R&D function in your projects and vice versa of the projects in your functional area
Responsibility for budgeting as well as time planning within the R&D function
Execution of the tasks of an R&D Project Technical Manager as defined in the PM manual
Preparation of the project schedule in cooperation with the R&D departments
Daily tracking of workflows and initiation of corrective actions if necessary corrective actions
Coordination of the staff assigned to the project (Design, Test, samples etc.)
Tracking of the individual R& D work packages with a strong focus on the software
Maintaining contact with the customer’s project managers
You inspire us with that:
Completed engineering studies or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in an R&D area (preferably SW or HW development)
Ability to work in a team, social competence and a goal-oriented, structured way of working
Personal initiative, high flexibility and communication skills
Business fluent in English
