Prepare recommendations for executive leadership on AI strategy, vision, legal & ethical viewpoints etc.
Foster a culture where change is embraced as an exciting opportunity rather than a daunting challenge, by, e.g., planning & coordinating training programs and projects designed to help individuals adapt to and incorporate AI into their daily routines
Connect initiatives, knowledge & people across brands to enable joint learning and knowledge building
Support our brands in tailoring their unique product-specific visions, helping to clear hurdles that may span regulatory concerns, funding challenges, or executive engagement
Supervise projects such as an ‚AI Academy‘

What we would expect from you…

Passion for the transformative potential of generative AI and excitement for digital technology in general, preferably in the media industry
3+ years of professional experience in digital transformation or related fields, preferably with a track record consulting or working in large companies
Ability to manage complex situations that combine many different stakeholders and various aspects including, but not limited to, strategy, technology, operations, business, people etc.
Experience in working with senior management at ease
Outstanding listening skills and experience working in a collaborative approach
Hands-on mindset, focused on delivery instead of slide-making
Proven record of leadership within a cross-functional team
Strong independence and will to shape own work with limited guidance
Outstanding records of academic and professional achievement
Master’s degree; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) is a plus
