Deine Aufgaben

Assess and Enhance Processes: Undertake a comprehensive evaluation of our existing internal processes, identify prime areas where AI integration and automation can bring substantial improvements.
Strategic AI Planning: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic AI plans that align seamlessly with our company’s objectives and vision.
Stay Ahead with AI Solutions: Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and tools, consistently researching and evaluating cutting-edge AI solutions that can effectively address our process enhancement needs.
Lead Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory requirements related to AI. Share your knowledge and insights with the team to inspire innovation and drive continuous improvement.
Implement Innovative Solutions: Harness your technical skillset to design and implement innovative AI solutions that optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across our organization. This may involve leveraging external tools, natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, robotic process automation and other relevant AI technologies.
Foster Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders from various departments to gain a deep understanding of their unique requirements and challenges. Provide expert guidance and support in identifying opportunities for AI integration and assist in seamlessly embedding AI tools within their workflows.

Dein Profil

Outstanding degree with a background in mathematics, computer science, data science, AI, engineering or an equivalent technical background.
Several years of work experience in the field of AI strategy, AI consulting, or related roles (LLM and AI).
Proven track record in developing and executing AI strategies, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and trends, with a focus on their practical application in a business context.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively assess requirements and to communicate AI concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relentless approach to solving problems.
Comfortable learning quickly and iterating.
Ability to work well individually or in a team.
Fluent German and English speaker.
