Key Characteristics to be Successful in this Role
- Experienced in BPM (GAP-Analysis/Process modelling/SOP creation/Flowchart creation)
- Can create and moderate workshops
- Ability to read between the lines
- Ability to understand the question behind the question
- Preferably has experience in LLM or the contact center business
- Can successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Willing to travel to Ratingen to meet with the client
- Native-level German and professional-level English
