Job Beschreibung: Als Teil der über 90.000 Mitarbeiter starken Daikin-Gruppe produzieren wir im Industriepark Höchst Treibmittel, welche unter anderem in automobilen Klimageräten sowie in Arzneimittel-Sprays eingesetzt werden. Wir stellen Solkane 227 Pharma und Blends her. Außerdem betreiben wir eine einzigartige Spaltanlage zur schadlosen Entsorgung von FCKW, HFKW und FKW und eine Destillationsanlage zur Rückgewinnung gebrauchter Kältemittel.

Aufgaben

• Compliance and Safety: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hazardous chemical plant regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Implement, monitor and track all Safety measures, protective rules and equipment to prevent accidents and protect workers from its harmful effects.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement robust contingency plans for handling hazardous incidents or emergency situations within the chemical plant.
• Ensure strict compliance with AMWHV and EU GMP guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality, safety, and efficacy.
• Opex and Capex Management: Utilize your deep knowledge of operational expenditures (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex)
• Build Project: Responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of a construction project to establish or expand a manufacturing plant (Green field).
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the chemical plant operates in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations and guidelines.“
• : Apply your specialized knowledge of gas distillation techniques to optimize production processes, ensuring high-quality outputs and minimizing waste generation.
• Knowledge in AHF chemicals Gas Distillation Expertise
• Maintenance and Reliability Excellence: maximize equipment uptime, minimize downtime, and optimize overall plant performance.
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Promote and lead the adoption of TPM principles across the plant to empower operators and maintenance teams to take ownership of equipment
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications: Explore/force AI technologies to optimize production processes, predictive maintenance, and quality control
• Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve manufacturing
• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for the chemical plant’s operations,
• Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure a smooth flow of raw materials and finished products.

Qualifikation

Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering

Extensive experience in chemical plant management, with a strong background in gas distillation processes and expertise in managing hazardous incident plants (involving high-dangerous chemicals)

Proven project management skills, successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.

Comprehensive knowledge of Opex and Capex management, maintenance strategies, reliability excellence, TPM, and AI applications within manufacturing environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and intercultural communication.

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is mandatory.

Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant regulations (GMP, FDA, etc.).
