Your mission

Development and execution of the company’s AI strategy, aligned with overall business objectives and market trends.
Identify and assess AI opportunities across various business functions, including product development, operations, customer experience, and marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases, prioritize projects, and establish implementation plans.
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on AI-related initiatives.
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other teams to ensure the successful development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Working closely with the management and founder team.

Your profile

Outstanding degree with a background in mathematics, computer science, AI, engineering or an equivalent technical background.
Several years of work experience in the field of AI strategy, AI consulting, or related roles (LLM and AI).
Proven track record in developing and executing AI strategies, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and trends, with a focus on their practical application in a business context.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate AI concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relentless approach to solving problems.
Comfortable learning quickly and iterating.
Ability to work well individually or in a team.
Fluent German speaker.
