If you are an Engineering Manager that can help live & breathe culture into an Engineering team that will help implement Machine Learning across an already popular eCommerce product, whilst ensuring the team is high performing, then we would definitely like to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support the Machine Learning team of 7 (including a Tech Lead)
• Recruiting and expanding the team
• Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders sharing the vision of the team to apply Machine Learning to their Product Area.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure objectives are met.

What you need

• 2+ years of managing Data Science Machine Learning, or Big Data Engineering teams.
• Passion for Machine Learning and Data Science is a must, whilst deep experience in this area is nice to have.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience working with a Product company is a plus
• A desire to grow your management and people development skills
