Job Beschreibung: Annapurna is delighted to have joined forces with a technology company that specializes in high-performance computing (HPC) solutions, particularly in the area of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI). They now aim to create sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for high-performance computing operations, often partnering with renewable energy providers to reduce the environmental impact of activities.

The CEO/Founder seeks a full-time Executive Assistant who brings a positive and fresh approach, motivated to maintain high standards and set new ones. As the right-hand support, you must be an enthusiastic team player, thrive in an international and client-focused environment, and excel at multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all forms of correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
Arrange and coordinate complex worldwide travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Organize meetings, conference calls, and events, handling all aspects like venue arrangements, equipment setup, and catering.
Assist in financial management, including handling expenses, corporate card reconciliation, and reimbursements.

Ideal Candidate

Exhibits excellent people management abilities, fostering a positive and cohesive team dynamic.
Demonstrates proactive initiative and a can-do attitude, taking the lead in tackling tasks.
Proficiently utilizes various software and tools, such as Outlook 365, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Zoom
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Fluent in both German and English, with native-level proficiency in German
