Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)
This is what awaits you with us:
- You join the Capture Group at “OpenText Enterprise Content Management Platforms”. The Group works on capture technology used for transforming electronic and paper documents into business-process-ready information. The range of functions include document capture, document classification, data extraction, information validation, and delivery to backend system
- Your mission is to become an active contributor to the multiple components in the Capture product portfolio, responsible for the quality and sustainability. More specifically you contribute both to the application business logic as well as to the algorithms oriented at the data classification, data extraction and data analysis (both image and text)
You will work on complex problems, provide state of the art solutions for new features and items related to sustaining maintenance * You will work on daily basis with the teammates and identify the best suitable approaches to implement requirements presented by business architects and products owners; your solutions not only meet the functional expectation but also meet the performance and security criteria and are sustainable over the time
This is what we expect from you:
- University degree in the relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of commercial experience programming large enterprise applications using .NET stack (C++/C#) or unmanaged C++ on Windows platform
- Good sense for using OOP principles designing large scale, high performance, sustainable enterprise applications
- Good orientation in very large code base comprising of several programming languages
- Good team player in an international environment spanning literally across the world
- Proficiency in English language both oral as well as written
