Senior Client Manager (f/m/d) – Software Services Sales
As Senior Client Manager for assigned Germany-based clients, you will be responsible for all aspects related to Professional Services: working directly with the customer, and selling and developing solutions based on OT products. In close collaboration with the OpenText Account Executive, you will develop the digital strategy for information management for your clients.
You are great at
- Developing trusted customer relationships to drive digitization
- Driving the services business development activities resulting in demand generation
- Qualifying customer needs and determining how we can add value to our customers
- Creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities for sustainable growth
- Preparing RFx responses and bids for tenders
- Follow up after contract signature acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction
What It takes
- Successfully completed degree combined with relevant IM/IT experience (10+ years) or equivalent.
- Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting maturity, with at least 10 years of working experience.
- Strong track record of selling Professional Services.
- Willingness to travel as required for client and internal meetings.
