  • Support our existing customers with their technical / accounting related queries in regard to the TeamViewer software depending on your language skills
  • Handle 1st-level technical support questions about the TeamViewer software
  • Conduct online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing customers, if necessary
  • Respond to written inquiries through our support chat
  • Assist the team with back-office related tasks, such as allocating tickets to the appropriate person or department
  • Collaborate closely with our 2nd-level support team

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the fields of business administration, linguistics or any other related field
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Empathy, customer service orientation, and a genuine interest in helping customers resolve their issues
  • Understanding of Windows®/Mac, or the desire to learn

Additional Information

  • Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

  • Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
